In year 2016, Huayang build one new JCOE production line for LSAW pipe, size range from 20" to 56" (508mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 9.53mm-50mm. The JCOE manufacturing technology is a welded pipe forming process developed in the 1990s, during the molding process, it is the first steel plate edge milling preflex by longitudinal edges (or planing), and then type J → C → O the order of the type of molding.
